Restaurant Operations Manager

N. F. ENTERPRISES O/A VILLA MADINA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
Team LeadershipConduct performance reviews, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure that all staff are working together effectively to achieve business objectives.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all products are available when needed.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
Marketing and PromotionParticipate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
SupervisionSupervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Personal SuitabilityDependability, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
