Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of taxi and limousine drivers and chauffeurs, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, including taxi and limousine drivers and chauffeurs.
  • Task Management: Prepare production and other reports, supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, co-ordinate and schedule activities, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and co-ordinate repairs and rentals.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all employees have enhanced reliability security clearance and undergo a criminal record check.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as well as flexibility, organization, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
