Chauffeur Supervisor

MARC Global Technologies Ltd is seeking a skilled Chauffeur Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of taxi and limousine drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 3-4 drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Prepare and review reports to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and develop drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Health care plan.
