Chauffeur Supervisor

MARC Global Technologies Ltd is seeking a skilled Chauffeurs and Taxi Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of taxi and limousine drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 3-4 drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Prepare and review reports on driver performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including dispatching drivers and managing vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions, including promotions and disciplinary measures.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
