Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Transportation Supervisor to join our team at MARC Global Technologies Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of taxi and limousine drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of taxi and limousine drivers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation operations
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of vehicles
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
