Security Supervisor

Kevlar Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
- Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and maintain security equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- 5-10 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Security Guard License required.
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of environments, including office and outdoor settings. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Security Supervisor will work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as required.
