Job Title: Expert Solution Architect

At IBM Computing, we're looking for a skilled Expert Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Data and AI Solutions team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solutions to solve complex business problems using IBM products and technologies.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze existing processes and convert business needs into technical designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market directions, and stakeholder needs to provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Direct experience with IBM products and technologies, including Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.data, and Watson Assistant.
  • Proficient in capacity planning, scalability, performance, and load testing concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of integration and commonly used patterns.
  • Experience with SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, Linux/Unix/Windows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with IBM complementary products, such as IBM Cloud Packs and Watsonx.
  • Knowledge of RedHat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and deploying container applications.
  • Strong experience working with senior IT and non-IT executives.
Location:

This role is based in Canada and requires the ability to work in the country without sponsorship.
