Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Assistant at MK AUTO REPAIR & COLLISION involves providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Office Management: Organize and coordinate various events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions for new employees.
  • Meeting Documentation: Record and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and maintain efficient office routines.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm appointments.
  • Training Management: Oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Communication: Handle telephone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread various documents.
