Stocking Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stocking Team Leader to join our retail operations team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocking process and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and ready for customer sales.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the stocking process to ensure timely and accurate receipt of merchandise
- Lead and motivate the Stocking Team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
- Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
