About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at emergiTEL Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating HR Activities: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office and human resources software.
