Key Responsibilities- Coordinating HR Activities: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office and human resources software.
