Career Services Manager

About the Role:
The Career Services Manager, International will be responsible for leading the Career Services team at the campus level to ensure international graduates successfully transition into new careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and mentor direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to support students in their career development.
- Develop and implement training plans for new Career Services hires, monitoring results to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and support to Employment Services team members in hiring and developing strategies to support student employment.
- Develop and implement strategies to support student employment in their field of study, including developing tools and resources.
- Advise and support Career Services team members and local Campus Directors with student issues related to job readiness and employability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local employers to provide opportunities for students.
- Plan and execute special Career Services events across all campuses.
- Monitor and address quality assurance feedback from students to ensure high-quality services.
- Manage job placement and internship reporting processes and statistics for internal and external reporting.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary College Diploma or University Degree in Sales, Education, or Business.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in a business-to-business field.
- Minimum of two years of sales management, career services management, or business management experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an educational environment.
- Previous experience working in career/employment services in an educational environment is considered an asset.
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for travel within the Greater Toronto Area.
