About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Ramzanali Esthetics Supplies Ltd. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our company's presence in the market.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development progress and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, excellent oral communication skills, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
