About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Limitless Tire Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.

Supervise and Manage Teams

Supervise and manage professional and support staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Perform administrative tasks, including preparing reports, research papers, and educational texts, as well as developing marketing materials and evaluating customer service and store environments.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Recruit and hire staff, including professional and support staff, to ensure that the organization has the necessary talent and expertise to achieve its goals.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies, including online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions, to drive business growth and expansion.

Ensure Compliance with Regulations

Ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws, including business and commercial licenses.

Develop and Implement Business Plans

Develop and implement business plans, including financial plans, marketing plans, and operational plans, to drive business growth and expansion.

Consult with Clients

Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure that their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a business development or commercial expansion role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, efficient, flexible, and reliable, with excellent initiative and judgement.
