About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at High River Donair and Pizza. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Operate an electronic cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
