Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Foodi Hospitality Inc. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods to ensure quality and presentation.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Keep records of food quantities used to ensure inventory management.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job to ensure proficiency.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client-focused with efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Reliable, dependable, and a positive attitude.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
