The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI) is a leading research institution that drives innovation and excellence in healthcare research. As a registered not-for-profit corporation, OHRI is committed to fostering an inclusive and socially responsible environment for research, learning, and collaboration.

About the Opportunity

OHRI is seeking dedicated volunteers to join its Board of Directors for an initial term of three years. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Legal
  • Financial, with private sector experience
  • Communications
  • Health research

Candidates should ideally reside in the National Capital Region and be available to attend 4-6 meetings per year (in-person and virtual), in addition to dedicating a few hours each month to read required documentation. You must also be willing to serve on at least one of the Board's standing committees.
