Requirements
  • Experience in Leadership Development: A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and leading leadership development initiatives in the public sector.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution Training: A minimum of 40 hours of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training certificate.
  • Security Clearance: Valid security clearance is required.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English and French) in oral, writing, and reading is preferred.
