Nursing Education Instructor

Position Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program is a collaborative initiative between Nunavut Arctic College and Dalhousie University. Under the guidance of the Program Manager for Nursing and Health Sciences, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing education at both university and college levels, as well as in general preparatory nursing training.
This role encompasses the development and execution of instructional content across various formats, including classroom lectures, laboratory sessions, and clinical practice environments. The instructor will be responsible for ensuring that educational outcomes and program standards are achieved.
To facilitate student success, faculty members will employ standardized assessment methods to confirm that learners have attained the necessary clinical competencies.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $95,882 to $108,810, in addition to a Northern Allowance of $15,016 annually. Relocation assistance and staff housing will be provided.
