We are currently seeking Full-time/Part-time Bakers in various locations

As a production team member, your primary focus is guest satisfaction. You take pride in crafting quality finished bakery and menu items that our guests cherish. You assist in serving guests when necessary and respond to special guest requests in a friendly manner.

You adhere to Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products. You contribute to a clean and organized environment through regular clean-up; maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with our company policy, minimize food waste, and ensure the freshness of products.

What to expect in your role as a Baker:

  • Retrieve products from the walk-in freezer, operate ovens, and decorate donuts and other items according to standards.
  • Operate ovens and egg cookers, preparing baked goods as assigned, including muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, sausages, etc.
  • Manage inventory of baked products during shifts, especially during peak hours, and monitor expired products with urgency.
  • Ensure that open products are properly labeled with shelf life stickers and stored correctly.
  • Prepare toppings and pre-prep backups for subsequent shifts.
  • Meet all showcase specifications.
  • Complete production sheets in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
  • Receive and store inventory in the back of house during deliveries when applicable.
  • Ensure cleanliness of equipment each shift.
  • Promptly assist other team members in the front of house and address any guest concerns or complaints as necessary.

Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. * Be able to multitask and work effectively under pressure while adhering to food safety standards. * Be willing to learn how to operate various equipment, carry boxes up to 25lbs, and work in cold environments such as freezers and refrigerators. * Enjoy collaborating with a successful team in a safe environment. * Exhibit a strong work ethic, punctuality, and responsibility. * Previous experience in guest service or baking is advantageous. * Flexible availability is preferred. * Be able to commit to early morning shifts starting at 4am or 5am or overnight shifts.
