We are currently seeking Full-time/Part-time Bakers in various locations
As a member of the production team, your primary focus is guest satisfaction. You take pride in crafting quality bakery and menu items that our guests enjoy and cherish. You assist in serving guests when necessary and respond to special requests in a friendly manner.
You adhere to Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products. You support a clean and organized environment through regular clean-up, maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with our company policy, minimize food waste, and ensure the freshness of products.

What to expect in your role as a Baker:
- Retrieve products from the walk-in freezer, operate ovens, and decorate donuts and other items according to standards.
- Operate ovens and egg cookers, preparing baked goods such as muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, and sausages as assigned.
- Manage inventory of baked goods during shifts, especially during peak hours, and monitor expired products with urgency.
- Ensure that open products are properly labeled with shelf life stickers and stored correctly.
- Prepare toppings and pre-prep backups for upcoming shifts.
- Ensure all showcase specifications are met.
- Complete production sheets in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
- Receive and store inventory in the back of house during deliveries when applicable.
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment during each shift.
- Promptly assist other team members in the front of house and address any guest concerns or complaints as necessary.
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Be able to multitask and work effectively under pressure while adhering to food safety standards. Be capable of learning to operate various equipment, carry boxes up to 25 lbs, and work in cold environments such as freezers and refrigerators. Enjoy working with a successful team in a safe environment. Exhibit a strong work ethic, punctuality, and responsibility. Previous experience in guest service or baking is an asset. Flexible availability is preferred. Be prepared to commit to early morning shifts starting at 4 am or 5 am or overnight shifts.
