The Insurance Associate II is instrumental in enhancing and supporting agency operations, primarily through sales and service. This position leverages extensive knowledge of Co-operators' insurance offerings, including personal lines (auto, home) and specialty lines (farm and commercial). Additionally, if life licensed, the role may encompass sales and service for life and wealth products.
How You Will Create Impact:
- Drive sales, service, and profitable growth of personal and specialty lines products.
- Advise clients on coverage options and policies that best align with their needs.
- Proactively identify and recommend additional products/services that benefit clients.
- Conduct front-line risk assessments and selections in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
- Perform inspections and re-inspections as necessary.
- Meet individual targets for client service, sales, quality, and productivity while contributing to overall agency sales and growth objectives.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews for auto, home, farm, and/or commercial portfolios.

To Join Our Team:
- A General Insurance license is required.
- A Life license is an asset.
- Must meet all provincial licensing requirements, including continuing education for license maintenance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, including sales experience, is preferred.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of auto and property insurance products and strong underwriting skills.

- Occasional travel may be required.
- A valid driver's license and insurance are necessary.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check.
