Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Buddha. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet the highest expectations
- Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve restaurant operations
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical demands
