Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Buddha. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Hire and manage our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports on our restaurant's performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
