Key Responsibilities- Promote Conference and Meeting Services
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our conference and meeting services to potential clients.
- Inspect and Select Sites
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that our venues meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate Event Logistics
- Oversee the coordination of event logistics, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.
- Plan and Arrange for Accommodation and Transportation
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange for accommodation and transportation services for event attendees.
- Manage Event Schedules and Objectives
- Develop and manage event schedules, goals, and objectives to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage Event Budgets
- Manage event budgets to ensure that expenses are within approved limits.
- Ensure Event Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all events meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
