Horizon School Division is seeking a Permanent Full-Time (1.0 FTE) School Administrative Assistant to support our educational environment.

Compensation and benefits will align with the current CUPE Agreement. The role entails working 7 hours a day, as determined by the school principal.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant post-secondary education
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of office operations and bookkeeping
  • Previous secretarial experience
Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill the responsibilities of the School Administrative Assistant as detailed in the Role Description
