Staff Scheduler needed to maintain all aspects of staff scheduling while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and staffing guidelines.

Job Description

Maintains all aspects of staff scheduling while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and staffing guidelines of all departments within the scheduling office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing scheduling plans to meet staffing needs
  • Coordinating with department managers to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Managing scheduling software and systems
  • Communicating with staff regarding scheduling changes and updates

Requirements:

  • One (1) year experience working in office environment to develop organizational skills and gain an understanding of functional requirements of the organization
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
