About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Sakura Distributors Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the organization.
    • Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery to maintain accurate inventory levels.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to meet customer demands.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Workplace Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and report any workplace hazards or incidents.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
