Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the organization.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all stock is properly stored and accounted for.
- Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
- Operational Logistics
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a warehouse setting.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
- Personal Qualities
- Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
