Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 1318646 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all stock is properly stored and accounted for.
    • Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
    • Be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a warehouse setting.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
