Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze compensation and benefits trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement global compensation strategies and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement total rewards programs
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and develop communication strategies to review and socialize findings with key stakeholders
  • Partner with Finance and P&C to assess, develop, implement, communicate, and continuously improve compensation-related processes
Requirements
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with proven ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude with a high degree of initiative and a positive mindset
