We are seeking a seasoned Director of Experience Design Architecture to lead our Product Design team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for crafting 3-5 year experience design strategies that establish a northstar, guiding roadmaps and designs to capitalize on near-term impact while incrementally delivering toward longer-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-year, high-impact experience design strategies across a complex portfolio of products and personas.
  • Create northstar artifacts that inspire and provoke customer-focused roadmaps and designs, aligning short-term work to longer-term impact.
  • Partner with technology leaders to ensure alignment of technical and experience strategy and architecture.
  • Build architecture skills across the design organization.
  • Help drive clarity and alignment across design efforts, across initiative and product boundaries.
  • Contribute to frameworks for assessing and scaling design quality.
  • Contribute to process and operations to mature and scale design.
  • Initiate an experience architecture team as the design organization scales.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in experience design architecture.
  • Business acumen and ability to connect design strategy to business value.
  • Ability to create solutions that scale across short and long-term customer and business goals simultaneously.
  • Deep desire to help everyone (customers, stakeholders, and employees) do their best possible work.
