Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join our Critical Infrastructure team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and providing exceptional support to our Senior Project Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer construction contracts on behalf of the owner/client, ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications.
  • Verify construction work meets project requirements and resolve any issues through the RFI, Site Instruction, and Change Order Processes.
  • Prepare reports on contract costs, incremental contract funding, and project status.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the owner.
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance program and administer Non-Conformances to the work.
  • Supervise inspection and administration staff working on the project.
Requirements

A combination of the following education and experience is required:

  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and/or combination of related experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction administration.
  • PEO or OACETT registration in good standing.
  • Knowledge of Contract Administration requirements, applicable design standards, OPS specifications, standard drawings, and quality control/quality assurance material testing methods.
  • Proven analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to utilize computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and experience with specific software and material payment calculation methods.
