About the Role:

Atlas-Apex Roofing (Ottawa) Inc is looking for a skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that arise during the project
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, negotiation, roofing, and construction
