Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Lemon Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Hire and train new staff members to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as food order summaries for our chef.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain high-quality food standards.
Work Environment:

Lemon Grill is a dynamic and fast-paced food service establishment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with the ability to stand for extended periods.

Language:

English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
