Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our financial processes through the effective implementation and management of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners to design and implement comprehensive technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements through client engagement and documentation, ensuring alignment with SAP processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, particularly in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), to optimize business operations.
  • Oversee the configuration of SAP S4 HANA FICO modules, including Fiori tiles and SAC Reporting, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop functional specifications and training materials to support end-user education and system utilization.
  • Engage with third-party vendors for technical consulting during the design and development phases.
  • Lead testing initiatives, including the creation of test plans and execution of acceptance testing to validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Document business processes, develop project plans, and maintain accurate records of system requirements and configurations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share insights on technology risks and efficiencies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users on current and new SAP functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is essential.
  • 5-10 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICO configuration.
  • Proficiency in SAP Fiori and SAP Analytic Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Accounting & Controlling, including GL Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in SAP technologies.
