Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions using in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to design and deploy SAP solutions, and provide support once live.
  • Integrate SAP solutions with EAM/PM systems, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in this area.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to system design and requirements assessment.
  • Develop exceptional communication and training skills, with a preference for candidates who have experience in conducting training sessions.
  • Apply change management methodologies, particularly in the context of SAP S/4 HANA implementations and upgrades.
  • Maintain high levels of user satisfaction and effectively address and resolve system issues within SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications related to project management, SAP S/4 HANA, IT service management, and other relevant areas can greatly bolster a candidate's qualifications.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
