We are in search of a Senior UX Designer with over 4 years of professional experience to become a vital part of our UX team. Do you have a proven history of crafting outstanding user experiences that contribute to the success of enterprise users? Are you eager to delve into and design for a complex field? Are you well-versed in user research methodologies and passionate about employing these techniques to ensure a user-focused design process? Your Contributions:
As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing robust yet user-friendly enterprise products. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Subject Matter Experts, and System Engineers to gather and define detailed requirements, design user workflows, and create comprehensive UX specifications that enhance user satisfaction. Utilizing your expertise in research, analytics, and user validation methods to assist the team in gathering insights and confirming design choices. Producing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively convey your design ideas, informed by user research insights. Working closely with developers to ensure the practicality and successful execution of your designs while advocating for user-centered design principles. Engaging effectively within a cross-functional team environment, where communication with diverse stakeholders is essential. Promoting consistency in UX across various interfaces within our product portfolio.Expectations from You:

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in User Experience Design. A degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio that highlights your design process and the impact of your work on enterprise-level products. Proven ability to leverage user research, analytics, and validation techniques to inform design decisions. A thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, including user research, testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility considerations. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the capability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders. Experience in UX design for enterprise applications (e.g., telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, or healthcare). Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, or similar. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
