We are in search of a Senior User Experience Designer with over 4 years of professional expertise to enhance our UX team. Your Contributions:
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing powerful yet user-friendly enterprise products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Subject Matter Experts, and System Engineers to gather and define detailed requirements, design user workflows, and create comprehensive UX specifications that enhance user satisfaction.
- Utilizing your expertise in research, analytics, and user validation methods to assist the team in gathering insights and confirming design choices.
- Producing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively convey your design ideas, grounded in user research findings.
- Working closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and successful execution of your designs, while advocating for user-centered design principles to keep the user at the core of all design decisions.
- Navigating a cross-functional team environment—communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders who may not be familiar with UX design.
- Promoting consistency in UX across various interfaces within our product portfolio.

Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in User Experience Design.
- A degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and the impact of your work on customer-facing enterprise products.
- Proven experience utilizing user research, analytics, and validation techniques to inform design decisions.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including user research, testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in UX design for enterprise applications (e.g., telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, or healthcare).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and coding principles is advantageous.
