Job Title: Account Director

Join Trader Corporation, a leading Canadian online media and services provider, as an Account Director. This strategic business development role is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with AutoTrader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth with new and existing commercial partnerships with dealer groups.
  • Proactively gather and review information to identify high-level sales opportunities and develop customer accounts.
  • Focus on achieving customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with AutoTrader's vision.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Act as the single point of contact throughout the sales process and provide proactive assistance and support to clients and peers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of direct sales experience working with national/large revenue accounts.
  • Proven results and consistency in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in intangible, media, and internet product sales.
  • Ability to take initiative, provide proactive assistance, and support through mentoring and coaching.
  • Strong closing techniques, ability to engage customers with an enthusiastic and persuasive presentation style, and intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office and computer tools.
