Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Security Operations
    • Plan and schedule security events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution.
    • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise and Train Security Personnel
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
    • Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Emergency Response and Crisis Management
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing technical advice and guidance to security personnel.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety of clients and personnel.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Security Guard License
    • Criminal record check
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
