Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Clinical Manager and Clinical Network, ensuring seamless delivery of services and programs to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager and Clinical Network, including responding to client requests and coordinating third-party requests.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules of internal Service Providers in the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Respond to Service Provider payment and paperwork inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Assist with provider portal and troubleshooting issues, ensuring seamless communication with Service Providers.
  • Work with Clinical Managers to enhance and maintain the Clinical network, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Provide support to the National Administrative Team Lead as needed, contributing to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office and customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, Service Providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adhere to established policies, processes, and guidelines, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
