About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our brand vision and drive growth across our omni-channel ecosystem. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand strategy, leveraging consumer insights, and delivering compelling brand narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive 360 brand strategy and marketing execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a unified customer experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand our brand reach, foster a creative environment, and drive business growth in the competitive fashion retail landscape.
  • Drive ecommerce growth through digital channel planning, online merchandising, and on-site optimizations, ensuring a seamless 360 experience.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience by translating a strategic brand vision across a multi-disciplinary marketing team, ensuring pristine execution of all content and media.
  • Inspire and develop a creative and talented marketing team towards customer centricity and business growth, maintaining a strong executive team presence and collaborating across brand and corporate teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or related field; an MBA is an asset.
  • 15+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing, with 7+ years of professional advancement in executive leadership roles.
  • Passion for building brands, creating lasting customer relationships, and mentoring teams.
  • Strong omni-channel marketing background, with the ability to recognize great storytelling and deliver cross-channel experiences.
  • Ability to balance data and creative to deliver on customer needs and brand expectations.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate data environments and client relationship management tools that support the client-centric approach.
  • Excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and translate a wide range of concepts across specialized disciplines.
