Administrative Office Coordinator

The Office Operations Supervisor at Bari Medicine Professional Corporation plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our medical clinic. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
This role is situated within a dynamic medical clinic, where attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure all work is completed efficiently.
- Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies.
- Compile and present reports on operational performance.
- Oversee the functionality of office equipment and resolve any technical issues.
- Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
- Manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align activities and goals.
- Establish work schedules and procedures for staff.
This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including:
- Administrative clerks
- General office clerks
- Telephone operators
- Typists and word processing operators
Proficiency in the following software is required:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- QuickBooks
