Program Director - Quote to Cash Transformation

  • Lead and execute the transformation program focused on optimizing the quote-to-cash process.
    • Develop a comprehensive program strategy and roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
    • Effectively communicate program goals, progress updates, and achievements to senior leadership.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing quote-to-cash workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Design and implement scalable solutions that streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and third-party partners, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
    • Monitor program progress meticulously, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify potential roadblocks.
    • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of the transformation program.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on quote-to-cash processes, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with project portfolio management tools and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Zuora, and integration technologies within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in program management within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue recognition principles, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
