About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Server to join our team at Parkland on Eglinton West in Etobicoke, Ontario. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service delivery meet established department standards.
  • Prepare and provide meal service to residents and guests according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure dining room appearance meets established standards, including table linens, tables set with appropriate place settings, and wait stations tidy and containing appropriate supplies.
  • Clear tables, load and safely operate dishwasher, and complete manual ware washing as required.
  • Contribute to the team environment as a member of the Food and Beverage department, working towards departmental goals and priorities.
  • Promote a safety culture by continuously working safely and identifying and reporting hazards.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong commitment to teamwork and safety. You will have a high-school diploma or equivalent education, at least one year of experience in serving food or customer service, and the ability to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire.
