About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Children's Clinical Services team. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing direction, supervision, and leadership to inter-disciplinary staff across the agency. Your goal will be to support staff for success within their respective roles, while also participating in program planning, management, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of children and families in our community.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement agency-wide policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on evidence-based practices and clinical skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a mental health or social services agency.
  • Proven track record of program development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, community partners, and stakeholders.
