Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ivaanta Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office services.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including assembling data, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Technology and Systems: Maintain and update our technology systems, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other software applications.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and ability to multitask.
