Requirements:

  1. One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  3. A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.
  4. Ability to evaluate customers' needs and make recommendations based on those needs.
  5. Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  6. Ability to use good judgment and logic.
  7. Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle is an asset.
