Job Title: Technical Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our team at GreenShield Labs. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of software products and ensuring the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software products
  • Oversee software development projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Design teams to understand requirements and set goals
  • Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed by the team, participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Assist the Engineering Manager with conducting performance evaluations for team members and develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Organize and lead release management, act as a Scrum Master for Sprints, and prepare solution development estimates
  • Provide technical expertise and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation, and deployment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of React, Node, and Typescript
  • Experience leading software development projects/features, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams
