We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our customers. This includes managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and present high-quality meals
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintenance
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Fluency in English or French
