We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Operations Officer to join our team at the Victoria Hospitals Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the advancement of healthcare on Vancouver Island.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date donor databases and records.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to inform fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Design and implement efficient processes for data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
